My first therapy training was cognitive-behavioral. Later I trained in other modalities and today I mainly use:
1) Schema therapy
2) Hakomi therapy
The key words for me, both personally and when supporting my clients, are striving for a greater awareness of ourselves and our place in the world, understanding the delicate and strong nature of the human being, and taking responsibility for our own needs. We did not choose what happened to us in the past, how those around us treated us; we didn't choose our traumas. Our experiences are a reflection of our relationships and also of broader social systems. Yet we can begin to discover how all of this has shaped us and gain more freedom from our habitual ways of being. I offer a space of mindful and curious self-exploration.
Address: Graniidi 25, Kalamaja, Tallinn. Parking is free on the street or in the parking lot of the adjacent Salme Cultural Center. If you come by public transport, take trams no. 1 or 2 and get off at the Salme stop.

Initial consultation (75 min) - 100 eur
Following therapy sessions:
60 min - 90 eur
75 min - 100 eur
You'll be invoiced after the meeting or you can make a payment in cash.
